Glass Jar Usage Instructions
Always autoclave all the jars before every procedure.
Dismantle all the components of the jar before autoclaving. Autoclave all the components.
Note: Autoclaving the jars with the caps on will break the jars.
Make sure that you always use the silicon gasket seal for making the jars air tight for ensuring maximum vacuum. 
Make sure you never misplace the silicon gasket.
Clean the jars thoroughly after every procedure before autoclaving it for the next procedure.
Replacement Recommendation
Always keep 4 additional jars with you as a backup in case any of the jars breaks.
